"Down on the Bayou" benefiting Youth Connection, Inc. will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Phoenix Ballroom in Downtown Waco. Activities will include a Cajun Food Festival, Bar, Dancing to the Sounds of Dr. Zoe band” -A lively Cajun Band; and an auction of items donated by local businesses and artisans.
